R-LINE
Kiwi made R-Line Electrolyte Drink is the new hydration partner for the event. They will be providing hydration drink on the run course and at the finish line.
Here are the important numbers:
- 39mmol sodium per litre — the highest in NZ for an electrolyte drink.
- A gut-friendly 6.5% carbs, gluten-free, with multiple transportable carbohydrates in a glucose to fructose ratio of 1.5:1.
- Sold as a concentrate — 1 litre dilutes to 10 litres.

BIKE AID STATION
The bike aid station is located at the 60km mark.
The aid station will have R-LINE, Coke and water.
To access the aid station, you need to pull off the road and stop.
This aid station is only for refilling your own containers and drink bottles. We do not hand over bottles.
Our crew will help you rehydrate with whatever you want as quickly as possible and get you back on your way, nice and safe.
There is no aid station on the bike for the Quarter.
RUN AID STATIONS
There are 3 aid stations — one at the Waterski Club, one at Hot Corner and one at the Green Lake Turn.
Order of aid stations on the run:
Quarter Turn — 5.5km and 9km
Lookout — 14km and 19km
Waterski Club — 15.5km
