Refund policy

At time of registration, you were given the option to purchase transfer insurance to the next year. This allows you to transfer your registration to the next years event. The policy lapses 7 days prior to race day. Only those who have purchased transfer insurance are eligible for a transfer.

If you didn’t choose this option, your entry will NOT be transferred (fair's, fair mate). Our policy is no refund nor no changes to another person regardless of circumstance. Someone can collect your awesome race pack on the Friday or Saturday.
