The Pick n Mix  is any swim, bike and run option. The only rules are they must be in the right order, swim-bike-run. Here's some ideas:

Swim none, one or two laps, Bike no laps, one two or three laps, No run, Run around the lake, Run 16k, Run 21k. You can even change your mind mid-race. There are no age group or overall prizes for Pick n Mix.
